Karen Glass has cultivated a personal calling for service for over 10 years. Her life’s work now is helping others create sustaining value in their own Life and Death. She is an advocate for Living with the End in Mind.

As a Life to End of Life Coach she has guided many individuals into resolution and closure of long held unconscious patterns present in all the domains of life that have led to unhappiness and harm to one’s self and others.

As a Death Doula Karen has helped dozens of individuals and families navigate the Pre, during and After Death process. She works with those who are terminally ill and actively dying in any environment they may be in.

She is an advocate and learned practitioner of VSED (voluntary stopping eating and drinking) should clients make this conscious choice.

Karen’s work has been described as healing and transformational by individuals and their loved ones.

In 2012, Karen began feeling a deeper personal accountability for her self and actions leading to an awareness of the eco-social impact created by the work she did in the global fashion apparel industry for decades. In 2015, in Atlanta, she created the zerøwaste life-work project for women in transition from the commercial sex trade and recovery from addiction.

This project brought her deeper and more committed to Conscious Concern for Humanity and Advocacy for Spiritual Ecology. As covid was just beginning, she moved to Pennsylvania to be with family and found work giving care to a small residential community of mentally ill adults.

The growing social need for the care of others and Karen’s personal commitment to the purpose of creating and sustaining value across all Domains of Life, has led her to the work of facilitating and advocating Conscious Life as critical value to the Evolution of Consciousness.

She has a great interest in Conscious Evolution and has an ongoing research practice in Contemporary Spirituality.

In 2021, with local N.D. Henriette Alban, she began development on a process to facilitate Conscious Evolution called the Conscious Evolution Dialogues. She hopes to bring this work and knowledge to her Life to End of Life practice as well.
